I've been getting calls at all sorts of odd hours, both in the wee small hours and at the crack of dawn. Just the other day, I picked one up and heard a bloke on the line with a strong Irish lilt. He proceeded to tell me that an alarm had gone off at a certain address, mentioning names that meant nothing to me and my family. None of us have a clue who these people are! Quite the peculiar situation, if you ask me.
