All we’re met with is an incessant "Thank you for holding. Your call will be answered shortly." Honestly, it’s fortunate we received these calls on our landline, as the amount of time wasted on hold would likely have racked up a hefty bill on our mobile! Save yourself the trouble-don’t bother calling them back, it’s a complete con!
