Sounds like Yell to me, trying to push you into paying for an upgrade on your ad - they’ve got loads of Northern Irish numbers starting with 028 9030… ringing constantly, all day long. They honestly annoy me because they block my main business phone, so actual clients can't get hold of me. And seriously, who even uses the Yellow Pages anymore? Not me, that's for sure.
