I got a call from 02890301005, and the woman said her name was Julie, saying she was with bt. She went on about hackers trying to get into my internet. Then she wanted me to go near my router and say which lights were blinking. I didn’t really buy it and ended the call nicely because I knew it was just a scam.

They keep ringing, but when I answer, it’s dead quiet and then they just hang up. Proper annoying!

I got a call from an Asian woman claiming my internet was compromised and she could fix it. I hung up straight away because it sounded like the usual scam.

An audacious lady rang me up, started chattering away in Hindi for a brief moment, then requested to speak to a specific person in the household. When I inquired about her identity, she let out a little laugh and abruptly ended the call… how strange!
