Creation is a firm that provides credit card services to other brands, allowing them to offer their own branded cards. Like, if you have a Holiday Inn Express Credit Card, it’s really a Creation card but with Holiday Inn’s logo on it. I’m not saying their calls aren’t a bit pushy, just that they're a legit credit card company, not some scam. If you’re unsure, best thing is to ring the number on the back of your card - but use another phone to be safe.

They’ve called me more than 20 times this week, starting early morning till late at night, asking for some person I’ve never heard of. This isn’t the first time either, last time it was a different name. I told them to stop ringing but nothing’s changed. It's really frustrating because I can’t block the number. They even called on Christmas Eve!

Weird thing is they keep using the name of someone I know when they call. Told them to stop calling, but they said if that person doesn’t call back, they’ll keep phoning me. Felt like a proper threat to be honest.

They claim to be from Creation Finance and persistently refuse to accept a polite refusal. In fact, they call up to six times a day, stressing the urgent need to speak to my husband as if he has outstanding debts. However, when they finally manage to get through, all they do is offer him a loan that he is not interested in. Their calls occur relentlessly throughout the day and even in the evening, causing us complete annoyance and frustration.

They kept asking for a Mr Oliver James. I've told them no one with that name lives here and asked to take my number off their list, but they keep calling! These calls can disrupt any time of the day, but what's even more bothersome is that they also occur in the late evening, starting from 9.30 pm, and occasionally in the early morning, beginning at 7.30 am. They target both landlines and mobile phones.

I have been receiving phone calls early in the morning and multiple times throughout the day. The calls are automated messages claiming to be about my creation account, which I don't actually have. I never answer these calls, but they are becoming extremely annoying and disruptive. I attempted to block the number using a call blocker, but it doesn't seem to work properly when my answerphone is on. This is frustrating because I use the answerphone to screen calls, yet the unwanted calls still get through. Each time they call, I have to press the block button, which instructs them to hang up, but they continue talking for a while before ending the call. Earlier this week, I couldn't use my phone after one of their calls - I had to unplug everything and then plug it back in to resolve the issue. Moreover, I missed important calls from someone who kept getting a constant busy signal on my line. I really hope this stops soon because it's driving me insane!
