Creation is a firm that provides credit card services to other brands, allowing them to offer their own branded cards. Like, if you have a Holiday Inn Express Credit Card, it’s really a Creation card but with Holiday Inn’s logo on it. I’m not saying their calls aren’t a bit pushy, just that they're a legit credit card company, not some scam. If you’re unsure, best thing is to ring the number on the back of your card - but use another phone to be safe.

Got annoying calls on Christmas day and again this evening, 31st Dec. All from Belfast, probs scammers or just morons.

They’ve called me more than 20 times this week, starting early morning till late at night, asking for some person I’ve never heard of. This isn’t the first time either, last time it was a different name. I told them to stop ringing but nothing’s changed. It's really frustrating because I can’t block the number. They even called on Christmas Eve!

Weird thing is they keep using the name of someone I know when they call. Told them to stop calling, but they said if that person doesn’t call back, they’ll keep phoning me. Felt like a proper threat to be honest.

They keep ringing claiming they're from Creation Finance and just won’t accept a simple no thanks. The calls come through up to six times daily, all urgent, saying they need to speak with my husband about some supposed debt. Then they try to pitch a loan he’s not even interested in. Its non-stop, morning till night, and honestly, it’s driving us mad!

There’s this firm called Creation, no idea who they are, sounds like some kinda scam or something fishy going on.

They claimed to be from some place called Creation. When I asked what it was about, they said they couldn't tell me without me answering some security questions. They kept asking for a Mr Oliver James. I've told them no one with that name lives here and asked to take my number off their list, but they keep calling! Sometimes twice a day and since it's my landline there's no way to block them!

this guy with an indian accent calling himself harry has phoned us loads of times from this number and others. he always claims he’s from microsoft and says our computer’s been hacked. in his most recent call he said someone in california has hacked our computer and is doing dodgy stuff with it. we’ve asked him not to call again but he just keeps bothering us. honestly, he’s really annoying.

They keep calling at all sorts of times, which is super irritating. What annoys me even more is that they ring up late at night, like after 9.30 pm, and also really early in the morning, from about 7.30 am. Both my mobile and landline get these calls.

They keep calling me first thing in the morning and several times throughout the day. It’s an automated message about some creation account, which I definitely don’t have. I never pick up, but it’s really getting on my nerves and interrupting my day. I tried blocking the number using my call blocker app but it doesn’t seem to work well when my answerphone is on - which I use to screen calls. They still get through and I have to manually hit block every time, which tells them to hang up, but they always hold on for ages. This week, after one of their calls, I couldn’t even make outgoing calls until I unplugged and reconnected my phone - it was bonkers.
