We received a call from this number, where a chap named Keith presented us with a similar deal. We requested a written confirmation of his proposal, but he informed us that was impossible. Apparently, the folks dispatching the literature are based in England, and since this is an exclusive offer for Northern Ireland, they couldn't provide any documentation. We decided to reach out to BT to check whether this number was indeed theirs and to find out if Keith was actually employed there at any point, but unfortunately, they weren't able to assist us. Quite frankly, we're rather sceptical about the authenticity of this caller.

A person rang us claiming to be Aaron, trying to persuade us to switch our services back to BT. The deal sounded quite enticing-far less than our current payments and even cheaper than BT’s online rates. However, they wanted an immediate commitment, which we declined. In the end, she left this number for us to call back, but we haven’t done so as I have no way of verifying if it’s a legitimate offer.

We encountered something similar with Keith. There wasn't any reference number provided, but she mentioned that she was from BT and based at Telehouse.

I received a call from someone claiming to be Aaron, trying to pressure us into switching back to BT. The offer sounded enticing-far cheaper than what we currently pay, and even less than what BT has advertised online. The catch was that we had to settle on a location first. We weren't interested, so we turned it down. In the end, she left this number and suggested we call back, but we’re hesitant to do so since there’s no way to verify if it's legitimate or not.
