Had this really nasty bloke from some electric company ring up. I was working in a takeaway and told him to call back the next day, but he just shouted at me and called me thick and some terrible names. He kept ringing like mad, about 20 times, blocking customers from ringing us. Proper rude and threatening guy, honestly vile behaviour.
