Blimey, it appears I've had yet another bump in my vehicle, and I was completely oblivious to it!

I received a call from someone named Stephen who claimed to be representing my car insurance provider. When I pressed him for clarity, he stated he was part of the follow-up team. However, upon reaching out to my actual insurance company, they confirmed that it wasn't their call at all. I ended up divulging personal information to this individual, which has now resulted in solicitors reaching out to me concerning a recent car accident. Curiously, the number is now unresponsive, and it appears that the company linked to that phone line, Amplify NI, may have no knowledge of this situation. Quite misleading, if you ask me.
