Yeah, this has all the signs of a total scam. They promise a deal on “your existing deal” but then suddenly want your personal info and payment. Best thing is just to hang up straight away and call your actual provider on their official number. Also, try using a different phone to make the call because those scammers sometimes keep listening even after you hang up, waiting to catch you dialing your provider so they can pretend to be them. Stay safe!

Got two calls from a number I didn’t know today. I usually just ignore these because most random calls turn out to be scams. I never answer or return the call. If it’s something important, they’ll leave a voicemail. Also, if you get suspicious texts, send them to 7726 to report.

I've been getting calls from people claiming to be from some company, often from numbers starting with +44, but honestly, it's all just a trick to grab your bank details. Don't fall for these scammers - there’s no legit company behind those names they give. They purposely hide who they are, and if you just ignore the calls, they won’t get anywhere near your cash. Those +44 numbers? Definitely not normal landlines, probably automated. If you do get one of these calls, make sure you report it to phishing.gov.uk or text 'dall' to 7726 to help stop these fraud attempts.
