9 yearsI filled out a form on a website I thought was legit, asking for a callback about some work we needed done. Then this number rang me, and they already knew everything I’d put in. When my husband handed me the phone, the call dropped and I couldn’t get through again. Pretty disappointed with how that went.9 yearssome bloke with an indian accent rang me but i couldn't catch what company or place he was calling from. he started reading out my name, address and phone number and wanted me to confirm if it was right. i was a bit suspicious so i just said no. he asked me again if it was correct and again i said no, then he just disconnected. seems like a dodgy scam to me. watch out!9 yearssome guy from overseas kept calling me, think it was the same bloke as yesterday but with a different phone number. yesterday he claimed he was carrying out a survey, but today i cut him off as soon as he asked for me by name. told him he must have dialled wrong number and he just said bye and hung up. honestly, these muppets are getting on my nerves now.9 yearsWas trying to find someone with my last name, and when I asked for more details, the bloke just kept saying "Zane," who’s not even local. Dunno what the whole thing was about, but I’m feeling too rough to bother sorting it out.Zane9 yearsI struggled to catch what she was rambling on about. All I gathered was that she was after a mere 30 seconds of my time. I told her I was too busy and hung up. Then she had the cheek to claim she’d just keep calling me again!9 yearsI answered a call from a Northern Ireland number but the line just dropped out right away. Could’ve been someone who dialled the wrong number? Not sure.Northern Ireland9 yearsPicked up the phone, but it just cut out on me. Total scam, I reckon.9 yearsthis guy with a weird accent said he worked for some “life” company but said he wasn’t selling anything. when i asked how he got my number, he claimed it was from some universal phone number list. i told him i’m on the telephone preference service, and then he just hung up on me.9 yearsGot a missed call but no voicemail or anything. Yesterday another number close to this one called, same thing, no message at all. If it wasn’t some kind of scam, you’d expect them to actually leave a message, right?9 yearsGot a call from a guy who spoke with a strong Indian accent, he was really slow and seemed to struggle with English. When he asked to talk to me, I just said he probably dialled the wrong number. Feels like it might have been a scam or something dodgy.Submit Your Own Report (028 8790 0802)
