This number just rang me out of a dead sleep earlier and it was so frustrating! They must be trying to scam money from folks, but honestly, there’s not a chance I’ll be giving them a single penny. Hope they manage to cheat some others though, maybe then they'll quit bugging people for good!

This number rang me up saying I had a refund from SKY, about £288 they claimed, and then started asking for my bank info. I told them to check the account they take my payments from instead. They got a bit annoyed, saying they can't verify every single account they might owe. The woman sounded a bit pushy, insisting it was a genuine claim. I thought the cash might actually come in handy for Christmas costs, but still wasn’t convinced.

Got a call claiming to be from Bank Fraud about dodgy spending on my debit card. Apparently, there was some gambling in California for £1,100 and a £400 purchase on Amazon. They said if I passed on my card info, they could erase those charges. Yeah, right, like that’s gonna happen.
