This call centre keeps ringing me like 3 or 4 times a week even tho I've already asked them not to contact me for marketing. I've never been this irritated by any firm before, honestly. They must be wasting loads of time and money on their workers. If they reckon they’re linked to O2, they're a total joke, just like BREXIT. Seriously, watch out and avoid these lot at all costs!

However, this particular individual jumped straight into asking me questions about my contract upgrade, without saying "Hi, I'm so and so calling from O2." I should clarify that I am not the account holder and instead gave him my mother's number. I explained to him that my mum prefers to handle finances in person at the store rather than over the phone, but he insisted that everything can be sorted out over the phone and dismissed the idea of her going to the store. I suspect that the positive reviews about this number being genuine are probably from people who fell for the scam. It's better to prioritize your safety and visit the store to discuss any upgrades.
