It really worries me that they already have my name, address, and postcode. I told the caller I was going to report her to the police and she just ended the call straight away. They seriously need to take action on these calls, especially to protect vulnerable people.

I got this call and when I answered, it was dead quiet on the other end. Pretty sure it was one of those cold call scams.
