I had the misfortune of receiving two calls: one on the 19th of October and the other on the 14th of November in 2022. I chose not to pick up, and I've since blocked the number. If it were genuinely important and from someone I didn’t recognise, why wouldn’t they bother to leave a message? Seems likely it's just a scam or some dodgy fraud attempt.

I received a call asserting that there had been fraudulent activity on my Barclays account, which I had actually closed well before Christmas 2021. The caller even had the audacity to mention my password! When I informed him that I had switched banks, he insisted he could handle fraud cases from any bank and asked for some personal details to look into it. That immediately raised my suspicions, so I hung up and rang my bank directly. Unsurprisingly, they verified it was a scam. If you encounter this number, do yourself a favour and tell them to shove off, then proceed to block them.
