I got the same kind of message and figured it was dodgy, but I rang the number anyway because I was curious. Blimey, it was totally automated and they started asking for all sorts - my account number, card details, expiry, CVV, date of birth, passport info, driving licence!! I just put in zeros everywhere, wanted to see how far they'd push it. Honestly, some cheek these scammers have! Proper disgusting. I really hope no one ends up sharing all that personal stuff with them.

Got a text on me phone at 10pm with my full name in capitals saying LloydsBank had frozen my account and to ring them. I had a look and my accounts were fine, so I called the number from an old phone that’s off the directory. The call went through to an international line and someone picked up. I gave them random info like DOB, PIN, and a fake mobile as they asked. They accepted all that without a hitch! Definitely a scam!

Got the same text from the usual Lloyds number they always use to message me about my balance, so I thought it was legit. But when I called back, the line just got cut off, felt a bit dodgy.
