This definitely looks like one of those dodgy scams to me.

Got a call from someone with a heavy foreign accent saying they worked for my mobile network, Three, and could offer me a better plan. Thing is, I don’t even use Three. When I questioned them about it, the caller just hung up on me. Pretty sure it was a scam.
