They phoned me a couple of times, using just my first name, but it was totally unclear who they were representing. When I told them to take me off their list, the person on the other end just kept saying "hello" over and over, like they weren't listening. But I could tell they heard me alright because whenever I stopped talking, they just carried on right where they left off.
