The very first thing he asked was "How much do you pay on your contract?" which struck me as odd because that’s usually a question banks bring up to confirm your identity during Zoom calls about your account. Bit fishy if you ask me.

Got a call from a number showing Omagh, NI on my phone. The woman said she was part of the EE sales team and was trying to offer me a 30% cut on my monthly bill. She asked for my name, my contact details, and how much I currently pay. I already use EE, but she claimed she couldn’t see any of my info since she wasn’t from customer service.
