Got a call from someone claiming to be EE support, saying I could get an upgrade. They wanted me to say which phone I’m using now, but I told them they should already know that. They wouldn’t tell me anything and said it was some sort of security thing. Didn’t buy it, so I just ended the call and blocked the number straight away!
