Got a call with nothing on the other end, just silence. Weird!

I answered the phone after just a couple of rings and the call was already ended. I looked up the number here and it shows as Newtownstewart, Northern Ireland. I have no contacts or business in that area. Since I'm on the TPS list, I shouldn't be getting any marketing calls at all, so this must be some dodgy firm cold-calling or a scammer trying it on. Best to steer clear.
