Claiming to be with EE, the caller had a right cheek when I mentioned I wasn't a customer of theirs. He just laughed sinisterly and promptly hung up!

This was totally a spam call. They claimed to be from EE but as soon as I said I worked there, they just dropped the call. Definitely not from EE or any legit telephone provider. Best to just block the number straight away.
