I had a right dodgy experience recently with some scummy con artist who claimed to be from O2. They tried to lure me in with an enticing offer of 40% off my contract! What a cheek! To make matters worse, they were fishing for my O2 OTP code that had been sent to me by text as well. Total phishing attempt! Beware, folks!
