He went on about having “good news” because apparently I’d been paying my bills on time. I cut him off pretty quick, said I suspected it was a scam, and jokingly asked if he wanted my bank details so he could deposit money into my account. He acted all offended and asked how I could imagine he’d do that. I just ended the call there.
