Sounds dodgy to me - got a call from someone pretending to be HMRC saying they’re about to take me to court. Definitely feels like a scam.

Got a call from someone claiming they were with PIP, said they were about to close my claim. But their helpline shuts by 5 or 6 pm, so it couldn’t have been them. If you get a call from them out of the blue and it wasn’t arranged beforehand, it’s definitely a scam.
