My number isn’t in any directory so it baffles me how they keep tracking it down. Some woman called herself "Lidia" claiming to be from Virgin Media, saying there's an issue with my broadband. She asked me to use my phone so she could assist. I asked if she had a mum, and when she said yes, I told her "How’d you feel if someone like you tried to trick your own mum out of her cash?" She just ended the call right away.
