I received a call from someone claiming to be "John" with quite a strong accent that sounded rather suspect. He had the audacity to mention my name and tout some spiel about my television. Apparently, he informed me that my supposed maintenance fee was being slashed from seven quid to five. I promptly informed him that I don't even pay a maintenance fee for my telly! After that, he just hung up. Honestly, I’m baffled as to where these bothersome individuals emerge from. They certainly know how to wind you up, don’t they?
