Engaging in lengthy telephone conversations about your offers often leads nowhere-I’m left unsure of what documentation I need to provide or how to follow up. A concise email from this number (028753480) detailing any promotions or issues related to my account would be greatly appreciated. I trust my message has conveyed my wishes clearly. Two days later, this was PLDT’s response: Thank you for your email. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience you’ve experienced. We would like to inform you that we have escalated the matter to the appropriate department for immediate attention. Rest assured, your concern is now being addressed. If you have any further queries, don’t hesitate to reply or contact our Customer Service Hotline at 171 for assistance. And guess what? Still no calls! Hehe!
