Some woman rang up saying she was from EE and had a 30% off deal for me. I told her that I’d just got a new 2 year contract with them a fortnight ago, so it’s doubtful they’d be offering discounts so soon. Then she asked if I had any other EE numbers on my account. When I asked her to confirm if she was actually from EE, she just said “Alright love, have a good one” and hung up. Immediately blocked her number!

Got a call claiming to be from EE offering a 30% discount on my bills for a whole year. They asked for loads of personal details, which made me suspicious, so I just ended the call. After that, I rang EE myself and they confirmed it wasn’t anything to do with them.
