Heard just a bit of the message, an Indian accent was saying something like "this is British." From what I gather reading other comments, they might’ve been pretending to be British Gas, but the call ended abruptly and they hung up.

Someone claiming to be from British Gas, sounded Indian or Pakistani, called me. They first asked if my boiler was working properly and then proceeded to request my six digit sort code. Seemed fishy to me.

Phone rang and my mother in law picked up. They were going on about a boiler repair guy supposedly coming round. Sounds like complete rubbish to me. Definitely one of those scams.

I got a call really early from this number, and the voice on the other end kept asking if there was a man in the house. When I asked who they were, it was some Asian bloke who just kept repeating the same question about a man being here. Honestly, I just ended the call. Pretty weird.
