I got a call from an Asian guy who started off talking about Sky TV, then switched to insurance. There was some office noise in the background, which usually means it’s a scammer working solo. I just hung up straight away.

Got a call from a guy with an South Asian accent claiming to be from Sky. He told me the insurance on our gear had expired. Thing is, we don’t even use Sky equipment at our place. When I asked him more about it, he just cut the call.

Got a call from a guy speaking with an Indian accent, saying something about breakdown cover for Sky. They claimed to be a local company, but we don’t even have Sky or any TV! Tried to trick us into paying £11.15 for some sort of breakdown insurance. Total scam!

Got a ring from this number, and a bloke with an Indian accent said he was calling from Sky assurance, trying to sell me insurance for my Sky setup. Thing is, I don’t even have Sky, I’m not interested in any insurance, and he had no clue what my name was.
