Today, during lunchtime, a phone call was received stating that if no action is taken, a warrant will be issued for tax evasion. The individual claimed that the local authorities would send the police to issue the said warrant. They further requested me to contact Jason O'Connor.

I encountered a similar situation to those mentioned above. It leaves me wondering how this individual is able to escape consequences for their actions. Maybe it's time for the police to step in and take the necessary measures to resolve this issue.

Just like the previous ones, "Jason O'Connor" left me three voicemail messages on my answering machine. I reside in Canberra.

We received three calls, both on our mobile and landline, from a person named Jason O'Connor claiming to be from the ATO. He stated that we were going to court and that the police would be coming soon. We ended the call abruptly and oddly enough, the police have yet to arrive.

I had the same problem too. On two occasions, I received calls from individuals with Indian-style accents calling from private numbers. The connections were of poor quality as they called my home phone line. They claimed to be from the ATO and asked for some personal information. However, they only knew my surname and couldn't tell me my first name, just the initial. I saw through both of these scam attempts. The day after, I received another call from someone with an American accent, but this time the number was not private. They called from 0286075071 and said similar things about tax avoidance fines and going to court. It felt like a semi-aggressive pre-recorded message because he didn't seem affected by my interruptions. Talk about nerve!

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could provide me with his new address so that I may send him a playful gesture of monopoly money as repayment for my "tax debt." I am merely reluctant to visit "the Court House."

Today, I reached out to my elderly mother and experienced another distressing incident. The individual who contacted her used familiar fear-mongering methods and left a voice message instructing her to return the call to someone named Matthew Logan, who spoke with an Asian/American accent. Interestingly, this person employed terms that were not commonly used in Australia. Furthermore, they targeted my mother's mobile phone rather than her landline.

Today, I have received two phone calls from this particular number, and last week, I received one call from someone claiming to be the "ATO." They informed me that there is a claim against someone in my household and that the police have obtained a warrant for their arrest. The speaker of these calls has an accent that seems to be a mix of Indian and American-Filipino. They also made various threats and requested that I call back on their number. It is clear that this is a scam, so please do not believe them.

Got another one: an Asian caller trying to trick people by posing as the ATO and giving himself a phony name like "Matthew."

I received a phone message on the given number, which claimed to be from the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and threatened legal action for an unresolved matter. The caller had a middle European accent. It is crucial to report this incidence, as an elderly person, who is vulnerable, might fall victim to this fraudulent activity.

They claimed to be from the ATO and provided me with a case number and their ID number. However, I was skeptical about their authenticity as they had an Indian accent and were difficult to comprehend. Interestingly, this same person had called earlier but from a foreign phone number. The voice was identical. When I requested their contact number to verify their identity, they abruptly ended the call.
