Got a call on my landline from a Northern Ireland area code with a recorded message saying I’d spent £300 on Amazon and sent £1000 overseas. Thought it was dodgy, so I just blocked the number and didn’t bother replying. When I tried calling back, some woman with a foreign accent answered and just said hello before I quickly hung up. Definitely felt like a scam to me.
