I told them I don’t share my details over the phone with strangers and requested they post me a cheque instead. After that, they just hung up. Totally a scam, don’t waste your time with these lot!

the lady kept going on about insurance then switched to ppi, but i just kept the convo going. you could hear loads of people chatting in the background, proper call centre sounds. was quite funny actually!
