My landline rang from this number, and some woman claimed she was a local energy advisor asking if I owned the house. I told her I already had an energy advisor - my malamute! They were proper persistent though, kept going on and on. So frustrating!

Got a call from someone claiming to be an energy advisor, told her she was a con and just ended the call. Makes me question why I even bothered signing up with the TPS.
