she called up real polite like, saying they were dropping the cost of my tv service from 7 quid a month down to 5 - kept pushing me to verify my address and I hung up as soon as I asked what company she worked for. sad thing is, sooner or later one of these lot will trick someone into handing over their bank info! please warn your friends and family to never give out any personal info to callers like this!

I got a call from an Indian woman, she said her name was Jessica, which I found a bit odd. She was telling me about my TV maintenance plan, something like £7 a month being lowered to £5. I told her straight I don’t have any maintenance plan on my TV at all, and then she just cut the call. Pretty sure if I had kept talking she would’ve asked for my banking info to make changes.
