Like I said before... it's one of those voice-activated recorded messages claiming to be an 'energy advisor for your region'! You can't actually chat with it or ask anything, it's just automated.

How much longer are these so-called "energy advisor" calls going to keep pestering us? I don’t even bother picking up now. The problem with BT Call Protect is it only lets you block 100 numbers, and since they ring using a new number every single time, that limit is pretty useless - they annoy me at least a couple of times daily!
