Didn't pick up since I didn't recognise the number. They didn't bother leaving a voicemail either.

This number's been buzzing me quite a bit, but whenever I pick up, the person on the other end just drops the call. Quite annoying really.

I was initially engaged in a conversation with a lady whose accent was quite thick, and she asserted that she was calling from the National Grid Network regarding an overpayment on my electricity bills. She had access to my business information like my name and address, which I found rather unsettling. After a bit of muddled conversation, during which she inquired if I had my electricity bill handy, I was suddenly put through to a supposed manager who claimed he could assist me more effectively. This gentleman went over my details once again, and when I sought clarification on the bill that supposedly had excess charges, he mumbled something about Opus. By this stage, I was growing increasingly frustrated with his unclear accent, so I simply said it was all utter nonsense and disconnected the call.
