Didn't pick up since I didn't recognise the number. They didn't bother leaving a voicemail either.

This number's been buzzing me quite a bit, but whenever I pick up, the person on the other end just drops the call. Quite annoying really.

I got a call from a woman with a really thick accent, claiming to be from the National Grid, saying they were sorting out some electricity bill overpayment. She already knew my business info like name and address, which was odd. She kept asking if I had my electricity bill nearby, but her words were all over the place. Out of nowhere, she passed me onto a bloke who said he was the manager and could handle it better. He made me repeat all my details again, but when I asked for specifics about the overcharge, he muttered something about Opus. By then, his accent was so hard to follow I just told him it was rubbish and hung up.
