Got a call from someone who sounded like they were from India or Pakistan, with that noisy call centre buzz in the back. They spoke in broken English and kicked off with "And how are you?" which felt off right away. We hung up straight away and quickly looked them up on Google to check, and sure enough, it was a scam!

I received a call from a man with a distinct Pakistani accent, claiming to be from EE and suggesting I might upgrade my mobile contract. His grasp of English left a lot to be desired, and the line was dreadfully unclear. It all felt rather dodgy-almost certainly a scam artist, if you ask me.

Got a call from some bloke with awful English claiming to be from HMRC. Could hear loads of cheesy call centre rubbish in the background and a recording playing over and over. Total scammer, clearly up to no good.

02841121032 Some bloke called saying he was representing EE. Honestly, I had no clue what he was trying to say. I asked him to just email me instead, and then he just ended the call straight away.

Trying to ring back on 028 4112 1032 just says I've dialled a wrong number. It also shows Rostrevor, which I think is in Northern Ireland. Honestly, no point in picking up if it rings for you.
