A bloke rang me saying he was from some Home Emergency company, claiming they could cut my maintenance fees. He reckoned my yearly bill was about £400. What really threw me was that he knew my exact birthday and even the name of my bank, neither of which I'd shared. I ended the call but he rang back straight away, so I told him to "buzz off" pretty firmly. No sooner had I hung up again, he was ringing once more. I told him again I wasn’t interested, but it was like talking to a brick wall, so I slammed the phone down for good.

They say they're from Medical Services, but it's all fake. That company actually shut down back in 2017. The call comes from some call centre, with a number that's supposed to be from Ireland. Just hang up and block the number, it’s definitely a scam.
