There was a lot of background chatter from a call centre when a lady with an Asian accent called. I couldn’t catch what she was saying at first and asked her to say it again. Then she requested to speak to the lady of the house - it made me think of those old sitcoms like Keeping Up Appearances, the way Hyacinth Bucket always answered her phone. I couldn’t help but chuckle and told her that sounded very old fashioned. She hung up shortly after. Seems like it was just another cold call or scam.
