I got a call from 02838847048, someone saying they were with BT. They didn’t bother asking for me, the account holder, or verifying who they were speaking to at all. No questions about the account came up, just them insisting they had proof that others were using our WiFi. Then they asked me to get on my laptop so they could walk me through some sort of check. I wasn’t comfortable with it and just told them no before ending the call.
