Got a call around 11 in the morning. The person asked me to verify my name, then just dropped the call. The accent was foreign, seemed more African than anything Asian.

Had to deal with this caller from BT again who kept pushing me to share my personal info. This was my second time chatting with him, and as usual, he wouldn't stop asking for details. I refused again, like before, saying I’m not sharing anything. We ended up going round in circles for about 9 minutes! Today I finally told him to send a letter to the address they have on file explaining the reason for the call.
