I got a phone call today from a new number, 0207 79670265, with someone saying they were from Microsoft. They threatened to cut me off, which was really upsetting. I’m 76 and honestly don’t need to be getting these kinds of calls at all.

I got a call from 02838321590 claiming to be from BT. They said my phone and internet would be disconnected because supposedly someone was using it fraudulently. I just ended the call straight away. Tried calling back but no reply. Im 76 years old and honestly, I wouldn’t even know how to commit fraud anyway.
