Back in the day when this was still managed by BT, these calls would surely need to adhere to the Telemarketing Privacy Laws regarding unsolicited calls. It’s quite frustrating!

It appears that a company, possibly HCL acting on behalf of BT, has given me a bell, which indicates that there has been a switch to a mobile number. I received two calls, both of which ended up being marked as missed. When I attempted to return the call, I was informed that "no action is required on your part." Given that this is BT we're talking about, it's essential they follow the guidelines set by the Telephone Preference Service. It's quite bothersome, I must say!
