This is just one of those scam calls. Blockchain is legit cryptocurrency stuff, but these lot get your name and number from shady companies, which is definitely illegal. I've been digging into this stuff myself and actually trying to get them shut down. They don’t have more than your phone and name, so don’t panic if they try to threaten you. I’m in cyber security, so trust me on this one.
