Got a call from what seemed like an automated voice, talking about Amazon and £500 charged to a Visa card. Thing is, I've never even used eBay and all my cards are MasterCard, so this was obviously a total con. Definitely a scam, don’t fall for it!

Got a call saying they took £500 from my bank for Ebay and Amazon orders, press 3 if it wasnt you or something like that. Looks like a classic ripoff, watch out everyone!

Should you happen upon this recorded alert, for goodness' sake, avoid pressing button 1 as it’s nothing short of a fraud! They were masquerading as investigators looking into a dubious transaction made on Amazon and some questionable international bank transfer that they claimed was linked to my account.

I got a call that seemed to be from my area code, but when I picked up it was just some robot messing about and then it hung up. Proper annoying cos I thought it was someone local ringing me this morning.

Got a call from someone saying they were my bank and there was some dodgy stuff going on with my account. They mentioned a £300 payment to Amazon and a £1000 overseas transfer. They told me to press one to talk to someone about it. I just ended the call straight away.
