This number +44 28 8141 9775 keeps ringing me but never leaving a voicemail. Since I saw on here it might be a scam, I decided just to block it.

This bloke kept ringing me, about 4 or so times, saying he was with BT Openreach. When I called him out on the dodgy behaviour, he started threatening to cut off my internet. Said something about needing to change the IP address on my router too. Seemed like a proper scam to me.
