Got a call from some dodgy lot trying to get my bank info, totally sketchy!

This number has rung me about five times this morning on 24/1/18. Mostly no one answers, just silence. I've had enough, they just won't leave me alone!! I'm signed up with the telephone preference service but it doesn’t seem to block these mystery calls at all.
