I received a call the other day from someone claiming to be with O2's promotions team. It felt rather dodgy, to be honest. I suspect it's one of those call centres that aim to swipe personal details from unsuspecting folk. Looks like O2 customers are being specifically targeted by these scammers!

Looks like this number belongs to a call centre somewhere in the subcontinent, ringing up pretending they're from O2 and trying to get details about your O2 account. Best to steer clear.

Got a call saying my debit card was used fraudulently and they asked me to provide all my bank info over the phone. Seemed dodgy to me.
