Got a call from someone saying they were from my phone company. Total scam, watch out!

I got a call from someone who sounded like they had an Indian accent, saying they were ringing from Curry’s PC World. I told them my number’s on the Telephone Preference Service list and I don’t take any cold calls. After that, they started shouting all sorts of homophobic insults at me and then just hung up. Quite shocking behaviour!

Got a call from someone saying they were from EE’s digital sales team. I didn’t trust it, so I just ended the call - probably a scam.

I had a couple of missed calls from this number yesterday, and then today they called again. I picked up but they just ended the call straight away. Definitely going to block it now.
